What is the structure of Fundermax HPL panels?

HpL (High Pressure Laminate) panels by Fundermax are sheets produced by bonding layers of cellulose with phenolic resins at a temperature of around 180°C and under a pressure of approximately 80 bar, according to the EN 438-6 EDF standard in laminate presses. These panels exhibit very high resistance in the harshest weather conditions due to the presence of acrylic polyurethane resin in the final layer. Additionally, these panels have good resistance to sunlight due to the UV film, making them suitable for use as façade and balcony coverings.
